Tutorial :: Fire & Ice Modern Twist on 50’s Glam

I fell in love at first sight with the re-promote of Revlon’s “Fire & Ice” lipstick. The lipstick is so gorgeous and the focus of this look. A flirty neutral eye with winged liner, flushed cheek make for a match to this bright red lip.
