The new year started with a great workout! I finally figured out the right amount of fuel I need to get through it. It was a longer session but we worked on the lower and upper body. For the first time since starting training, I couldn’t complete all the reps. Ugh. Those shoulder presses were tough! But I will get them soon enough.
I signed up for a membership so that I can get some cardio in between workouts and started drinking the protein shakes that Jo recommended.
Feeling the burn today but that’s a good thing!
