Review :: Milani Baked Eyeshadows

Milani Baked Eyeshadows are fabulous shadows that you can use wet or dry and give great color payoff… The price point (about $7) is very reasonable. I got these at CVS, but I’ve also seen them at Walmart. However it can be it or miss on which carry them.
